As our world continues to approach the climate emergency, we need to think of ways in which we can challenge the conversations happening around sustainability. One important way to do this is to think about the future of food.
With the fast growing nature of plant-based diets, we are seeing more and more innovative ways of eliminating meat-based foods while still retaining the taste and variety that they ordinarily bring.
As such, we also believe in a future where our food requirements, preferences and choices are more inclusive and transparent.
